Running a SACCO takes care. Contributions need to be collected, records kept up to date, and agreed rules put into practice. The people doing that work carry a responsibility to the members whose money they look after.
For members, clarity starts with everyday questions: How much have I contributed? What have I saved? Can I see a statement and understand it? We believe those answers should be easy to find and make sense of.
Borrowing should be understandable too. We want members to know the terms, what they will need to repay, and how their SACCO makes decisions before they agree to a loan.
We built SenteRail to support the people running SACCOs and the members saving with them. Our purpose is to make the work easier to manage and help members understand the decisions that affect their money.
